Comic Candy, the hugemoungous comic book image gallery and news site that I run (and also the site I upload all the images and other things found on this site to), has gotten into trouble this month for being a big pig.
It used too many resources for the hosting plan I was on and had to be moved to a semi-dedicated server (which has put me into a bit of sticker shock…). So, as much as I hate begging for money via the internet, I will in order to keep my various sites online. If you enjoy any of my sites, please consider a donation by paypal to them, no amount is too small, and every donation is greatly appreciated!

Updates Now Powered… (Posted 11/12/2006)
by Wordpress. I have decided to use Wordpress to help me add updates and news to my collective of Fanlistings. I looked at various other scripts and none of them seemed to work as well as a bit of creative WP useage, comments are activated for all news stories too.
Hopefully this will make it quicker & easier on me to add new updates, news, press releases, etc.

Banshee - Rest in Peace (Posted 11/11/2006)
Sadly, Sean Cassidy was recently killed during the “Deadly Genesis” story-line (Issue #2), in a mid-air collision with the Blackbird and another passenger plane. Banshee died a hero, while trying to save many other people…
It’s a shame that Marvel felt they had to kill him, and wonder if the “Dead Means Dead” policy will apply, or if we shall see Sean flying once again anytime in the future.
