Comic Candy, the hugemoungous comic book image gallery and news site that I run (and also the site I upload all the images and other things found on this site to), has gotten into trouble this month for being a big pig.

It used too many resources for the hosting plan I was on and had to be moved to a semi-dedicated server (which has put me into a bit of sticker shock…). So, as much as I hate begging for money via the internet, I will in order to keep my various sites online. If you enjoy any of my sites, please consider a donation by paypal to them, no amount is too small, and every donation is greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance, and hopefully no one is too offended by my fundraising efforts.

Image Rotation (Posted 11/12/2006)

Please do not hotlink to the image rotation file in use at the top of this website. You are free to use the images, but please save them to your own computer, then upload them someplace else before linking to them (someplace like Photobucket - they do free image hosting).

I have to pay monthly for this webspace, and everyone who links directly to that roation php file, drives up that cost. Please think before you link people!

Updates Now Powered… (Posted )

by Wordpress. I have decided to use Wordpress to help me add updates and news to my collective of Fanlistings. I looked at various other scripts and none of them seemed to work as well as a bit of creative WP useage, comments are activated for all news stories too.

Hopefully this will make it quicker & easier on me to add new updates, news, press releases, etc.
