Yes - Theresa first appears as a human in the X-Man arc of the AOA crossover. She alerts Nate Grey to an incoming attack by calling out to him, in doing so, activating her latent mutant abilities. She then accompanies him and his crew for the rest of the arc, culminating in X-Man being shunted into the 616 reality. In the AOA reality, Theresa did not go by the Siryn codename, instead going by Sonique. (quoted from the Wikipedia entry for Siryn)

who has she dated

Jamie Madrox (Multiple Man), however this first romance between them turned out to be with a duplicate. She's always had warm, happy feelings for Deadpool, trying to persuade him to turn good.
Warpath developed romantic feelings for her in early issues of X-Force, but she never really returned them. He did, however, help her work through her alcoholism.
Recently she has been romantically linked with the REAL Jamie Madrox, eventually winding up pregnant with his child. Due to be born in X-Factor, somewhere around issue #32-#33-ish.

What is her personality like?

Siryn is feisty, stubborn, spirited.
She has an addictive personality - prone to fixation on substances, people, things.
She's a bit lonely, has a wee bit of a temper and a short fuse to go along with it.
But she is a caring person, who is still coming to terms with all that has happened to her in her life. The mental abuse of Tom, the backlash of discovering her relationship with Jamie was only with a dup... she's lost her father only recently as well.
She's a rather guarded person, but sweet natured.

does deadpool have a chance

He might...all he has to do is demonstrate his love and devotion to Siryn, and show her what value he finds in her as a person, and never hurt her - emotionally OR bodily - and he just might have a chance.

multiple man?

Siryn and 'Multiple Man' had a fling a long time ago, Siryn thought it was the one and only Jamie, but it turned out to be a dup.
Recently, in the pages of X-Factor, it seems to have happened again. Monet also (the same night) had a fling with a dup, and like before, both women think it was the real Jamie, so the fallout from this particular incident should be mighty interesting...

She did, I'm not sure if she still does. We'll find out soon enough in the Cable/Deadpool series.
